Hobbies; i feel like we can never have enough. Do a lot, learn a lot. Other than what i've put as my interests in the area above, i'm down for almost anything i havent given a shot yet.

I'm going to school right now, with a focus on communications. I'm a pretty talented speaker, so i'm trying to find a career that will let me do what i love and excel at. Right now i'm looking at either public relations, broadcast journalism, sociology or advertisement. i just want to make money doing something that is relatively easy for me and those career options are fairly lucrative and utilize my natural skill set.

Some of the things that make me unique are my passion for all that i do in everyday life, my ability to find the bright and funny side of almost any situation, my resiliency, resourcefulness and the fact that i've accumulated a lot of experience in such a short time.
I'm a very happy person, always laughing. There's a certain sort of optimism that comes from knowing that you probably won't go through much worse than what you already have. I wouldn't change any of it if i could, because i understand that everything had to happen exactly as it did for me to be who i am today. I've had to overcome a lot and it has taken some time. In the end, however, i'll know that everything i accomplished was for and by me(with a little help from my friends). There's a kind of pride in that i find to be unparalleled.

Talking about oneself is hard to do without sounding over-confident. With that said, i am very aware of not only my good qualities but of my faults as well. I see myself as funny, intelligent, passionate, hard-working, introspective, empathetic, sincere, open and extroverted. I'm the life of any party and I don't take long to warm up to someone. If you're easily intimidated by a strong personality or a sharp and sometimes biting wit then i'm probably not for you.

I think communication is everything. I need to be mentally attracted to the girl i'm dating and the things she has to say are the real windows to the soul. I need a girl who is understanding of things she's not familiar with while being secure in the views she's established. You can talk to me about anything, i'm an incredible listener. I'm also analytical to a fault, however i believe it's a necessity for a truly good conversationalist. I mean, if you're not actively thinking about what the person is saying, how is that really listening?
I tend to be attracted to a lot of different races, cultural backgrounds and styles, it's only the personality that i'm picky with. However, it is very important that we be mutually attracted to each other physically, as well.

While I think it's important to see if a person can carry a conversation and see what kind of things they have to say, i don't feel like you can get to know anyone in any meaningful way over the internet. If you want to trade messages for months on end before meeting someone, then i'm not for you. I feel like any substantial connection will only be made in person.
A first date should be simple and allow for a lot of conversation. I'd like the first part of a first date to be something as easy as a walk in a park, up and down hollywood blvd, along the beach, a trip to a museum or something along those lines. If there's a connection, then dinner, a club, a movie or whatever creatively spontaneous idea we might have come up with.
