I'm a geek and proud of it! My first date with a computer was sometime in 1983 when my father brought the "portable" home from work...a 30lb. behemoth with a tiny orange monochrome screen...we've been friends ever since. I work from home, running several blogs and preparing to launch a massive website. I hope to make it sustainable so that my full-time income can come from it.

I'm smart (they tested it, so it's true!)and (hopefully) funny. I like being challenged mentally, and really hate it when people can't grasp the obvious. I love intense conversations, or just sitting around and enjoying the landscape.

I'm pretty eclectic in my musical tastes, though not a big fan of jazz or anything too heavy. Some of my favourite sports are swimming, basketball, and running after my kids!

I love talking and even more, I love listening to what others have to say. ! first date (for me) would be going out for coffee, then maybe go for a walk. I like being spontaneous and making decisions about what to do "one the fly."
