I'm single, never been married. I live alone in my own home. My career is well established. I'm working 40 to 50 hours a week. That gives me time in the evenings and weekends for dating and stuff. I spend my free time woodworking in the garage and on projects around the house. I'm building a patio between the house and garage. It will be a nice place to have friends over for BBQ when I'm done. I'd like to explore the area and go to local events like at the Race Track, Convention Center, Sporting events, restaurants, dancing. What ever sounds good for this weekend? A lot of what we do depends on who I'm dating. I'm open minded and like trying new things. We can travel, take long weekends now and then or we can stay local.

I'm looking for a partner, someone to enjoy my free time with. I'm not looking for the perfect woman but she must be single and reasonably attractive. She should be intelligent enough to carry a conversation and outgoing enough to coax me out of my shell once in awhile. I'm usually out going but sometimes I clam up. I have shy side. There are a few things I'd like to do but don't because I'm single. Cruise on a ship and dance lessons are two of them.
Just a note: If you don't live within driving distance (and hour or two) there is not much chance of us getting together.

If we've never met before, I'd expect to meet her someplace public. I'd prefer a restaurant. Bennigin, TGIF, Out Back. Something like that. Starbucks would be OK.
