Hi! I live on Long Island and am looking to meet more people in the area....You know a lot of times there are those lonley nites or evenings when Ii just have that urge to go out to some nice place and enjoy a candlelight dinner or something and then I realise that I dont have anyone here....Most of my friends are in the city...and I dont like going to the city as I have to change two trains to get there...it just gets too hectic!!! So, I prefer driving around here and going to nice places here. So I am basically looking to meet more people on long island so that I can make more friends and have a nice time here. I am looking for caring people who I can talk to....I am NOT looking for people who are looking for some occasional one night stands.....I am looking for friends who can be a part of my life, talk to me every now and then , get together sometimes....etc Ofcourse my long term goal is to meet that special someone and get married some day but it all starts out with freinds first developing into a long term relationship leading to marriage if it goes that way. Regardless, everyone can be my friend...:-) So, I am basically looking to expand my friends circle right now...and everyones welcome...and we can take it from there....I am a doctor but am still in training...I am still studying and have exams to clear....So, every now and then I feel like talking to someone....so thats what I am looking for...just some sweet caring nice freinds who are always there for me (and vice versa ofcourse). First date huh....I wud just be myself!!! And I am a pretty nice person on the first dates...most people like me....its just the long term commitment that I ask of them that scares them away!!!! These days nobody wants to commit and I dont like that. If you want a date with me, you better be thinking of its possibility of developing into a long term relationship or marriage. I am a relationship minded girl who wants a family...I am not one of those girls whome you can use and throw and then move on to the next girl the next day!! On my first date...I wud go to a nice candle night dinner and talk and talk and talk and romance and feel nice...just get the feel of the nite and let the man sink into my feelings !!:-)
