To start with... I consider myself a positive and encouraging person. The glass isn't half full, it is full and overflowing. I believe that we are all unique and worthy of respect, deserving honesty and appreciation for who we are. We are all gifted, we just don't always realize it.

I also enjoy time in the country, a drive or a walk in the cool fall breeze is a good thing. Being active is good.

I like my family, my son, my job, my life.

I consider myself a kind person and am looking for the same in another person. Life is too short not to enjoy it and appreciate it too.

Financially I do OK and believe in spending a little, saving a little. No extremes. I have my own home and have to work on it all the time. Oh the joys of home ownership.:-)

I like to take day trips and weekend get-aways to places that are within a few hours of here. It would be nice to have someone to share that with.

I also work out by figure skating. It is a great way to stay in shape, be challenged at the same time. It is not boring a boring sport to participate in. I skate about 3-5 times a week.

My faith is important to me. I am not a nut, but I do know what I believe in.

My son who is a college student does not live with me right now. He is a good guy tying to find his place in the world. I am very proud of who he is.

For a 1st meeting, I would like to keep it light. Coffee, tea, a drink or maybe a quick lunch or dinner to get to know each other. I think that meeting is really the only way to know if there is something there. Write ups, pictures only tell a little bit of the story.
