Overall, I'm a nice, likeable person that enjoys being busy, having fun, and laughing with other people -- but I also like occasional quiet times, too. I have a great sense of humor and like to be with people that don't take themselves too seriously so we can enjoy a good laugh. Since I've retired, I stay busy playing golf, being active in the community and sometimes traveling. I enjoy dining out, dancing, cooking, and video and card games. I am also content to stay home and be with friends and family. Love to cuddle and kiss in front of a movie, fireplace, sunset or whatever.

I have two grown sons who are married to wonderful women. We have a great relationship and I enjoy being with them, but I also realize they have lives of their own and I give them plenty of space. One son has two sons and a daughter! They, of course, are perfect grandkids and I love to be with them in short doses.

I am independent, stable, and definitely NOT a drama queen. I'm looking for companionship and someone to have fun with. If that leads to a serious relationship -- great! I'm comfortable with myself and am looking for someone to share my life with. Life has ups and downs -- but it can be worked out.

I can dress up or dress down and behave appropriately for either. Golf is important to me and I would really enjoy someone who knows how to play (does not have to be good) or willing to learn. I belong to a club that has a lot a couple activities.

Meet at a mutually convenient place for a drink or coffee. Preferably a place that is fairly quiet so that we can hear each other and visit a little to see if there's enough to go on a real date. I don't object to playing golf the first meeting -- you can tell alot about a person while playing.
