My friends say I’m serious with a good sense of humor and that I'm a gentleman. I enjoy books, nature and the outdoors, good movies and TV shows, music, art, dining, theater and traveling. When I go out, I tend to enjoy dining and conversation in a quiet, intimate surrounding.

I’m most happy staying in with someone I care about or having a few close friends over for dinner. If you are looking for someone to go out every night to loud, crowded, smoky, noisy places I'm probably not your guy.

I like classical, classic rock, Celtic and most other music - not really a rap fan. I was raised in the Episcopal church. I am now spiritual but not religious. I respect all religions, as long as they don't try to convert me.

I am semi-retired and would someday like to spend summers somewhere cool and beautiful and winters in Texas or somewhere similar.
