I am a man that's straight forward about things. I'd rather you be honest with me that "polite" or phony. Life's too short to play games with people or to take things too serious. I don't hang out all the time with alot of people but been I do go out, I know how to have a good time. I'm a bit eclictic, I'm confortable in any surrounding and would like to be with someone that comfortable in there own skin as well. If I didn't enjoy the work I'm in, I'd be a writer, which is the favorite of my hobbies. I'm a south-sider but frequently go to the loop and up north, I like finding new place to dine and see around the city. I haven't traveled as much as I'd like to, but plan to do some across the U.S. and oversees soon. I'm not into one type of music. I like just about everything, Jazz, Rock, R&B, Alternative, etc.

A first date is different than meeting for the first time. Meeting for the first time, I'd like to grab lunch or go somewhere to talk, get to feel each other out. A first date though, would depend on the things we both like. I like to be spontaneous. A nice dinner and a play, or movie might be good with someone, but someone else, a sports bar is better. I'm pretty much open to either.
