Well, I've been here for a while now. Not sure what I'm doing wrong... any suggestions?

Me, I like adventure and exploring. I have been told I work too hard/too much... sure would like to add a little more fun to my life. I know that it's not so much the activity as the person you share the activity with that can make for an awesome time. Hopefully there will be activities that we both enjoy (golf, skiing, camping, gardening, home renos...maybe even reading, so much to do).

While I know that meeting a gentleman has to start somewhere (initially dating), in the long run I'm looking for a very special person that I can share my life with (and vice versa). Which is why I say I'm looking for a long term relationship. If you are looking for just dating I'm sure you will find what you are looking for.

You care for your body and do not abuse it (too much, lol).

I'm looking for honesty and sincerity and will give the same. You do NOT smoke.

I am looking for someone who enjoys good conversation (doesn't always HAVE to be intelligent) and a really good hug. I tend to be pretty straight forward. Hope you like that. I probably won't ask you out on the date (perhaps a little old fashioned), and will not go out on a date after only a few lines in an email.

I am very family oriented and have a few friends I have remained close with over the years. Since I've moved around a bit (or they have) my friends are spread across Canada and some in the U.S. ...lots of places to visit :-)

I love to learn, so hopefully you will have something you can teach me.

Oh ya, have to mention I like country music... not that you have to, but if it's one of your criteria, lol.

I look younger than my age, so I've been told. I am slim and enjoy doing things that require being active and usually outdoors(rollerblading, swimming, hiking, playing, etc). With winter here and ice on the rinks, my skates are kept in the trunk of my car. I would also like to have someone to cuddle up with and watch a movie or the sun set.

Fact is, there is NO ONE who is perfect. Yes, that includes me too :=(
