I'm happy with who and where I am in my life...that being said, I have bigger hopes, dreams and aspirations. And I'm actively pursuing them. I love what I do and in a way it does define me, some of my best friends are chef's, I have a staggeringly large cookbook collection, if I had tv it would be perma-tuned to the food network, altho some of the shows are getting kind of schmaltzy. My eventual goal is to settle in some part of the world where they love good food, open a small place and give them just that.

As for my dating situation....I am currently single, I've been that way for awhile, and although I'm comfortable being who I am and spending time with friends and associates, it would be nice to have that special someone...someone to share a laugh or a smile with, someone with whom I can talk till the small hours or be completely comfortable just being silent with. Someone who likes some of the same things I enjoy but also has her own unique and varied interests that she would be willing to share with me. I believe that the first initial attraction is physical, but then it grows from there.
