About me...Been married once (no children), been single for about 8 years, like the simple things in life for the most part. I don't earn alot, but have little debt, mostly due to I know how to live within my means. I'm pretty much living a drama & stress free life, and I like to get the everyday-things done during the week, and save the weekends for playing around, and I'm one of those people that just has to go outside, almost no matter what the weather even if it's just long enough to realize "it ani't fit to be outside"! Then I'll come in and stay (only after knowing my pets/horses have been cared for properly). However I do love to sleep during a snow storm, guess its the waking up the next morning to see how much there is, and all the leftover tracks that tell a story. I am an affectionate person who likes a variety of music from classical guitar to classic rock, Jazz to Bluegrass, country to pop, and I believe Karen Carpenter was one of the best female vocalist of all time, with Allison Krauss & Bonnie Raitt coming in close behind. Memorable movies for me are Little Big Man, A River Runs Through it" & Phenomenon, and I have so many favorite songs, but perhaps its two different studio versions, a Jerry Jeff Walker, re-make song that would make my favorite song called "Navajo Rug", and Marshall Tucker song called "Desert Skies" (studio versions are hard to find). I also like watching good movies at home, and at depending on the movie, I rather see it at the theater. I also like documentaries, history & discovery channels, PBS Frontline and Nova programs. I also like watching the Contender reality boxing series, and only a few comedies like Seinfeld (as I find the laugh tracts annoying most the time), some reality shows, and talent contests, and video game entertainment. I like staying in shape, doing things that help keep you young, and I visit the gym on a regular basis, when I feel I need to (usually in the winter months)..Love that after shower feel, and clean sheets on the bed. When outside, I'll care of the work around the place, watch the wildlife, work or trial ride with the horses or spend the day doing my own ferrier work as it gives me a real sense of accomplishment, or take the motorcycle for a ride or visit a friend.

Some things i'd like to do (if my bank account would allow...lol); I dream of flying an ultralight craft, hot air ballooning, sky diving, and hand gliding. Not sure it would all ever happen, but I'd like to see places like the Smithsonian in DC, the best Zoos in the world, the Castles of Europe, Historical and civil war sites, and early American homes, mountain ranges of Canada, and South America, pyramids & lost cities of Central America & Middle East, or just a visit to an art gallery. Sounds like fun? It wouldn't be near what it could be when you found that special someone to share it with. I know it won't be necessary to travel far & wide to find that match, cause its more a matter of patience, and timing that help this to through, and yes all but one are recent photos, taken early this fall, and no this one isn't a "player",Crisis King, or looking for multiple partners, but would also like to meet new horse riding friends.

If you still see this profile, then I still haven't entered into a committed or exclusive dating relationship, and I'm still waiting, lookin, and hope to find her (Tell me you are there!). I will remove it at that time cause at heart, I'm a one woman man. I came here cause it seems "I dont know not good comeons, and don't know no cool lines", (lol...and I anit even done with the night..Do you remember that song? and if I could, I'd attach it to my profile) and I just don't get out enough.

So far, I have met some nice people, but either our differences were too much, or she lives too far away (or maybe its me that lives too far..lol) to allow the type of interaction needed to see if development of a good relationship is possible. I wished I was perfect, but unfortunately I'm not (but I do try, if it doesnt jeopardize who I am or want to be), and I'm not looking for perfection, but I do have an idea what I do, and don't like; She would be secure with who she is, enjoy staying physically active, hoping to find her to be reasonable close in distance, knows what she wants, doesn't smoke, doesn't/hasn't had a drug or drinking, gambling, spending or religious addictions or deeply in debt (I'm sorry if any of these preferences offend you and most dont apply unless I'm considering a long term relationship, but they are my preferences... What are yours?) and I'd rather be hated for what I am, than loved for what I'm not. And hey, if you have trouble with honesty, do us both a favor, and just pass me by. I'm am one that takes the time to listen and understands there can be more than one point of view, and to me, chemistry is more than just appearance, its the feelin you get when she walks into the room, looks you in the eye, or calls your name. It really dont matter what your doing, just spending time together is the gift. This is what I looking for, and I will respond to all that make it past my email filters.

Turn offs: extreme or constant cases of Laziness, Hypochondriacs, Insecurity, or Flirts....other turn offs; Liars, Cheaters, Thieves, Rude or Inconsiderate or power hungry people, Drama Queens and Drug Users...Gee, is there anyone left?? (lol)

I would try to prevent any comfortable feeling, so I would avoid intimate settings. Though I tend to be an affectionate person, I will respect your space since I'm not looking for an Intimate Incounter. That's not why I'm here. I wouldn't decide what to do/where to go on my own unless it was at the spur-of-the-moment thought, and just a suggestion. I'd consider if she had any perferences. Perhaps a motorcycle ride, or horseback trial ride, a visit to the zoo, go bowling, or meet at a gym/place of exercise, or at diner, or out for breakfest or just coffee where two people can talk, turn the cell phone ringer down, and share some experiences, and talk about what is important to them, and how they got here at this point...then let the water ballon fight begin!!! Ok, ok..its too cold for that right now.
