Have been on my own for nine years. My wounds are long healed and have met some interesting men along the way to help with that. I search for emotional, intellectual and physical intimacy. Someone who has reached a stage in life that when he looks back he sees a job well done, is enjoying the fruits of his labours. When he looks forward he is not intimidated with the prospects of aging. He will do it gracefully and with style. He will never quit doing and learning and exploring. He wants a partner to share it all with, the work, the joys, the sorrows, the intimacies, the fun, the exploring. He is also capable of letting his lover have her space when she needs it as she will with him. Knowing that there is too much history behind us to be able to share in absolutely everything. Someone who has his own identity so I don't need to be his everything, although I will be when it is important or when he needs me to be. Someone who really loves and understands women, knows how to peel back the layers to get the true essence of her.

I have a cottage in the Kawarthas. Love the place.... It would be lovely to be able to share that with someone who enjoys that kind of lifestyle. We don't have to be there all the time but certainly some of the time, with just each other, family, friends.

I have traveled extensively. Lived in the Middle east for a number of years in the 80's. There is much of the world I have seen and there is much I would still love to see. Many places I have vowed I would return to someday.

I play golf, not well but enough to keep up and have played some great courses in the past. I also love hiking, kayaking, yoga, movies, theater, restaurants, dancing, love to cook. Have a passion for design and my surroundings show it.

There is so much one could say, but we all know it takes meeting and seeing if there is some common ground, that chemistry, that recognition when you meet that tells you you want to meet again. The way you look at me and I you tells it within a short time.
