Looking to find one man who "gets" me. So tired of this dating scene! There has to be one good man left.

I believe...that laughter heals the soul...that a frown is simply a smile turned upside down...that honesty is the best/only policy...that life happens and usually when we least expect it...that without family, we are nothing...that there has to be something better out there...that 1 kind word makes a greater impact than 1,000 insults...that chemistry is either there or it isn't...that everyone deserves a chance...that money cannot buy love, it only buys a good time...and that Sundays were made for football!!!

I've spent my life making sure those around me are happy, secure and loved. My 2 children are grown and are beginning to make their own way in life. Now it's time for me. I hope to find a man who can hold me when I'm sad, calm me when I'm upset and love me unconditionally. I have great friends, but Love has been elusive. I have a big heart that needs to feel the warmth of true love.

Some favs of mine are...jeans and vintage tees, but I dress up quite well. I have a wide and varied range of music w/ 80s music being top of the list, country, rock, oldies and Motown. Love to go on occasional motorcycle rides. Love to feel the sunshine on my face. I love watching people. Not into the bar scene, except when my brother's band is playing out. I am always laughing and joking around and there isn't a "short" joke I haven't heard:-) I'd rather cook than eat out...you'll never leave my table hungry. Prefer being the hostess as opposed to the guest.

First dates are a crap shoot. Ya just never know; "will I make a good first impression, will he, will he actually be the person in the pic...yadda, yadda, yadda". Let's just pick an obscure place we've never been to and go make our own fun...
