Hi! After many unsuccessful attempts at the whole online dating thing, a few friends have convinced me to give this site a try after their success. So here goes:

My friends will probably tell you I'm not someone you run across everyday. I have a rather interesting sense of humor that causes some to laugh hysterically and others to roll their eyes @ me. What everyone I know will tell you about me is that I have the quality of being a respectful and genuine person to every single person that I meet.

I can be described as totally random. I love meeting new people and going to new places. I have a solid group of friends that I am extremely thankful for. I'm definitely a family guy. I work really hard towards my career. When I'm not focused on that, I hang out with my friends as much as I can. We do everything from going to local clubs/bars, the movies, concerts, playing sports, going to the beach and much more. I also like to get out once in a while and spend a couple of nights in Vegas, San Diego, or Big Bear.

During summertime I tend to turn into a beachbum. Nothing gives me a better workout than surfing and nothing makes me relax more than lying on the sand afterwards. I enjoy working out. I typically go to the gym anywhere from 3-5 times a week.

I'd say I can be shy at first, but once you get to know me I talk a lot. I'm 27 years old right now and I'm a really happy guy. I'm extremely thankful for everything I have, especially my family & friends.

My career is very important to me. I currently work as a computer programmer @ Disney and I do a bunch of small projects on the side. I'm also a part time teacher.

I love to travel, but I wish I could do it more often. My favorite places that I've been to are Egypt and Italy. I just got back from a solo 2 week trip to Italy where I stayed in hostels in Venice, Florence, and Rome. I had the time of my life.

I'm big on music. I play piano, guitar, and drums. I go to lots of rock concerts. This year alone I've seen Blink 182, Coldplay, Linkin Park, Green Day, Offspring, 311, No Doubt, and Muse.

The first date is for the girl. It all depends on who she is and what she likes to do.
