I enjoy an active life and being outdoors. I would much rather spend a day outside than being cooped up inside, especially when its hot outside. I like going to the lake, walking my dog, or just hanging out with friends. Sometimes there is nothing better than just relaxing and reading a good book too!

I really enjoy laughing and hope to find someone with a good sense of humor. I think finding humor within the little things in life is so vital. Also, I find myself being sarcastic at times, without being really offensive. I have grown up with sarcasm in my family and I guess its inherited!

Currently I am in college and will be going to university in September of 2010. I actually really enjoy going to school and it really is a priority in my life. Sure...call me a nerd.

I really enjoy listening to music. I guess my musical taste is pretty wide. I like everything from classical to rock. As long as its not screaming and you can make out the words I find that I can easily like it. My favorite bands and singers of the moment is city and color, coldplay, death cab for cutie, jack johnson, santigold, connor oberst, vampire weekend, jason mraz, kings of leon, iron and wine, stars, snow patrol and lots lots more. Really, that doesn't even skim the surface.

Well, here are some random facts about me for your enjoyment.

-I like to pack up my own left overs at restaurants. You never know what those people could be doing to your leftovers.
-I hate it when people wear sunglasses inside. There is no sun inside, why wear sunglasses?
-I really like trail mix and ketchup. Not together, just in general.
-I am afraid of swimming in lakes because I worry that the fish will bite my toes. The lake monsters may also bite my toes.
-Fern Gully gave me nightmares as a child. It still freaks me out.
-I call conditioner: Cream Rinse. I also just realized that that was not a common thing to call it. I have called it cream rinse my entire life, why have i just been corrected?
-I really don't like wearing socks.
-I like to know how a book or movie ends before seeing or reading them. I want to make sure it has a happy ending so i don't waste my time.
-I am left handed.
-The first time i was stung by a bee was in my mouth. I was told to stay still so I froze on the spot. The bee then crawled in my mouth. Needless to say, I now run away from bees.
-I used to be afraid because I didn't have a hobby.
-I like it when people laugh at their own jokes
-In elementary I once pushed a boy into the girls bathroom and got a detention

First date? Well some where public, just a nice way to get to know each other. Perhaps Coffee or something? No movie...there is no chance for talking during a movie. How are you supposed to get to know each other?
