treat her like an angel,talk over a fine dinner, i would even make it or at least help,wash the dishes.it would be her nite to relax,pick the music or movie.talk about kids&grand kids if any.have a few drinks. its her night so what ever she wants.i have 4 kids 1boy,in the army over seas,3girls,1air force,1 navy*1 in collage. im running out of things to say.
