NO, I'm not saying I am setting my distance preference within 75 miles. I am just saying for those that DO do that, it makes it hard to correspond socially and even as just friends.

******Sometimes I feel like a piece of driftwood drifting along in the sea of life... just waiting to be spotted. (And wouldn't you know it, just my luck, a sea gull would come along and perch on me and make a "deposit")

Asking to describe yourself is kind of awkward but I think my friends would say I am a mature, down to earth, funny, witty and charming gentleman. I'm emotionally secure, stable, mature and am seeking a Drama Free/ Stress Free Relationship. I've been told I am handsome but I think, though looks/ appearance is important, it is what the person is like internally as a person that is most important. Though we all know there must be some sort of attraction up front. I would love to find a sweet, down to earth, good natured, warm hearted and passionate lady who isn't afraid to get dressed up and go out on the town or to just stay home and cuddle on the couch and watch a movie or two. A good sense of humor is important. I find laughter is the panacea (cure all) of all of life's ailments (well, most of them anyway). One can have a rotten day but I have found after having a few laughs together all of the "bad events" of the day just seem frivilous and unimportant anymore. I don't like shallow people or someone who is very materialistic. A well grounded lady who knows what she wants in life and how to treat a man right. I'm not into games at all nor is it fun being dissed - honesty, morality and open communication is key - take "baby steps" (boy, I sound like I'm looking for a golden retriever here *smiling*). I'm pretty open to just about anything from dinner and drinks to going to a winery or checking out some shops/ stores or just about anything spontaneous. Something where we both feel comfortable to have the opportunity to visit and see if we have chemistry and just go from there.
