I have many hobbies but at the top of my list would be woodworking and reading. I enjoy repairing and building things out of wood such as cabinets, furniture etc. I also enjoy reading about a wide range of topics including science fiction, physics, technology, remodeling, landscaping etc.
One of personal goals is to expand my knowledge of people and places through socializing and visiting museums, art districts and the Plaza to meet interesting people and experience life in new ways.
One of the things that make me unique is that I have a light hearted sunny disposition on life, along with being very open minded. I consider myself easy going and non-judgmental. I enjoy listening to people and getting to genuinely know them, always looking for their positive attributes.
As far as music, I listen to rock, classic rock, alternative, jazz, classical, dance and Celtic.

On a first date I like to take things easy such as meeting at a coffee shop or sidewalk cafe. If things go well, then move on to something more interesting such as a restaurant with a casual atmosphere and a good view of the city. If it is a mid-day meeting, on a Saturday or Sunday, possibly have a picnic at a park or by a lake.
