I am a woman with an easy going and laid back nature. I am not into drama and complications. I think life should be lived in a simple and honest fashion.

I am a widow who has had the privilege of having a very stable and loving relationship. Therefore, I know what a great relationship entails and I know it is possible to have one. I have been alone for a year and have recently begun to think along the lines of having someone to share my life with again. I have been spending the majority of the last year with my Kids (three all grown up) and grandkids (ten, all living at home with their parents.) They are great but I am thinking that life should contain more that. Actually I think it would be a joy to have someone to snuggle on the couch with who is more than 6 years old again.

I work in the health care field. I also started taking college courses online to earn a degree in Health Information Technology. I am about half way through with the classes. Though it may sound as if I have no free time I actually find myself with a good deal of time on my hands.

I am looking for a man who is honest and has the ability to be real. A quick smile and a wicked sense of humor are tops on my list. I love to laugh. I do not require a man with all the same interests that I have. I am very open to trying new things. However I might have to draw the line at jumping off of cliffs or jumping out of perfectly good airplanes.

I think a first date, meet and greet kind of an affair, should be a simple kind of outing to a place that is public yet still quiet enough to hold a conversation. A place where we could talk and get to know one another. the possibilities are endless.
