I enjoy an active lifestyle, including dancing, movies, roller blading, exploring Chicago and just about anyplace else. I enjoy traveling throughout the United States and visiting warmer climates during the winter holidays. I like spending my free time, especially weekends with someone special, going to local fests, or throwing a steak on the grill and having fun making the salad together. I guess just "hanging out" with that certain someone makes everything enjoyable.

I think an ideal first date would include enough time to talk and get to know one another, with sublte distractions, like walking around a summer fest or outdoor art show. This could be completed with time over coffee, a light dinner or****ails. For me it is very important to see if there are connections; intellectually, emotionally, and physically; and a casually date with time for talking is a great way to find out if those connections are there.
