I think I am a very uncomplicated person. I love my family, my pet, my work. I have always loved to travel. Just jump in the car & go. I recently discovered cruising. Sure beats the car thing. Getting on the ship, being treated like a queen & traveling to different ports everyday is the way to go. Nothing like standing at the aft at 12:00 AM watching the night sky & then getting up early for a little run & seeing the sun rise over the horizon. How wonderful is that ? I am a bit of a romantic. I would love to share this with someone special.
I have a busy hectic household. I work in a bank & have many responsibilities. Both sons are home now but that can change in a minute. Last summer was the first time I was totally on my own. It was a bit strange at first but it sure was nice. If I wanted to eat cereal for supper or just microwave popcorn I could. Along with the two young men I have a cat, Little Kitty (long story on that name) & a very needy dog, Milo. He is my protector when the guys are not here.
One thing I really love to do is cook. Baking is a specialty.I have been told my apple pie is to die for. I will attempt any new recipe & rarely cook the same thing twice. I do all my own gardening. I will be adding a large perennial bed next spring. Made the decision too late this year so I can plan all winter & start the dig as soon as the snow is gone. I love my home. I take great pride in it.
I think from what I have written that you may be able to get a snapshot of me. As I said in the beginning, I am uncomplicated. An easy person to be with. I would love to share my life with someone who could be my friend. Accept my family & me for just what we are. And I know how to make apple pie :)

What I would like to do on my first date? This is a hard one. Well ... coffee at a nice coffee shop would be nice. Just someplace where we could talk & maybe get to know each other. I know it's hard to really make a connection in surroundings like this but if it's right I think we would know. I don't think a romantic setting is appropriate at this point; that can always come later; it's just important to be open, honest & warm.
