Independent lady who is happy with her single status. Would like to be able to look forward to an occasional drink, meal or hot sex (all three would be a serious bonus) with a like minded someone. thrillers - Rankin, Patterson, Corbin or classical novels - fave is Jane Eyre - read it six times... and a Jane Austin romantic!

MUSIC
easy listening aisle was made for me - snuggle up to Dean and Frank.
Divert into Pink and Linkin Park when I feel assertive
"Best of The Jam" when I want to get the housework done quickly...

ART
Jack Vettriano and Darcy Drew are the prints on my wall at the moment.
I like contemporary artists but the National Portrait Gallery gets a look every now and again

TALKING
(what woman doesnt!) conversations about the who, what, how and when of life... perspectives and concepts are always interesting! Anything but mortgages and insurance policies please...

PHOTOGRAPHY
getting to grips with my digital camera - have got to the point when I can keep peoples heads on pretty well. Now just have to work out this depth of field business.

SOCIALISING
I run a Meetup group for people over 40 in South West london area - we go to pub quizes, wine tastings, trips on the river, meals out etc. Good fun! http://www.meetup.com/SW19-or-thereabouts
