I've been living in Austin for 24 years. Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. I have two young children who are very much a part of my life right now, but they understand that Daddy needs time for himself too.
Currently, I have two jobs. First I work in the mornings at my daughter's school as a lunch room monitor. Pay isn't that great, but most importantly I get to see my 9-year-old almost every day. My second job is at night, M-F 4 to 12:30. I am off Sat. and Sun.
I am considered a good cook, including barbeque, a good friend, co-worker. I pride myself on being reliable, good-natured, and trustworthy. I truly enjoy when women know they can confide in me, which means, of course, that I'm a good listener.
I do enjoy photography, internet, walking on the hike-and-bike trail three or four times a week in downtown Austin. It's very near where I work.

I think having a good conversation during lunch or supper is the best way to start a friendship. Maybe even share dessert! Communication is the foundation for any relationship.
