I like to hang out around the water. In the city that means usually the river, but visiting Lake Erie and the ocean yearly (or more) is great. If you are afraid of the water, we will not get along. Nothing personal, but I really like it and after a while I do not want you getting jealous of the river. :)

I am looking for someone who enjoys nature and can see the beauty of a flower or a cloud. I am independent and need for the other person to be so to, but I enjoy spending time with others. I like to think the glass still has one last sip, not almost empty.

I am self motivated and know where I want to be in five, ten, or forty years. That does not mean the plans can not change but I have a goal and have been working towards it for the last ten years. So far it is working out great.

I have a six year old son. You have to be willing to share me with my son. If you plan on my leaving him at home so we can go out every night sorry that will not happen. He is a great kid, most people love him. That said I am NOT looking for a mother for him, he already has one. I am looking for someone who can understand that he is around and not going anywhere, at least not for the next 12 years till he goes to college. :)

I am allergic to cats so sorry but if you have cats I can not come over to your place. There are very few cats that do not make me sneeze and wheeze and I want to be up front about this. I have met some wonderful people in the past and unfortunately when I went over their place it spelled trouble. I will not ask anyone to give up something they have had for years that is as precious as their cat.

Meet in a casual setting, nothing to loud so we can talk and hear each other without yelling. A restaurant or drinks at a pub would be nice. Then again underwater basket weaving is fun, but that is more of a second date kinda thing.
