OK, I finally have enough time to actually write a bit about myself. I'm definately a bohemian/artist type still. I don't paint or draw as much anymore, but I make traditional folf toys and miniature furniture ( mainly Shaker and Arts and Crafts style ). I used to work out at Pioneer Farms as an historical interpreter/carpenter, which means I got paid to play dress-up and teach kids about life in the 1880's. That was truly a blast. If the city hadn't pulled it from the budget back in 2003, I'd still be there! ( anyone know who Roy Underhill is?...)
I love camp cooking...I make a pretty great chili, and beans and cornbread, if I may say ;) I pretty much like all music...even country...My tastes are eclectic, and I'm a bit sentimental...I just picked up a copy of an old Nat King Cole album in Spanish...It's very cool! I also really like Petra Haden's version of The Who's "I can see for miles and miles"...Iron and Wine's version of "Love Vigilantes"...Brasil 66's "Daytripper"....oh yeah,and Tiny Tim, too...God bless us everyone! ;)
