I have a quirky sense of humor (which means I laugh really distinctly, sometimes, but only when something is truly funny). If you get to know me, you'll see that I am very sentimental. For example, I love my parents' old homeland, Taiwan, with its winding, cacophonous street markets and fragrant Buddhist temples ... when I return from there, I dream of sipping mango juice while listening to the locusts humming in the trees or riding a motorcycle on the sprawling azure Yanshan mountains, kissed by the mist stringing its sparkling pearls and the sun dancing upon the peaks. I also have resonant ties to the corner of New England where I grew up, especially the ocean near a particular piece of the bay, which I think is a holy ground. And I've had all kinds of adventures in this City. When I first wandered around NYC, like all of us have, I met random people. A Hungarian artist in the LES took me to a party where a tiny woman with small hands talked about cabbage...in a small, cozy bar in the E. Village, I met an ex-boyfriend, a musician. I miss a lot of what we shared, including the fun we had exploring much of the City together. I would love to share with a partner in crime the joy and wonder of exploring places like Taipei and this City. I want to be with someone who is intellectual, joyful, passionate, has a lot of integrity, is a bit odd and not too short, please! ...Thank you for reading all this.
