I looking for some one to go out with. Plain and simple. I'm tired of the drinking buddy thing and want date to find new friends and possibly start a relationship.
I'm a teacher with an alternative school that helps students that need smaller class sizes and more individualized attention. I like what I do.
I live an active lifestyle and try to always have something going on for the weekends. I enjoy going to the gym, golf in the summer and fall, playing video games, reading classic texts and novels (that comes with the job), socializing at bars and clubs, and gardening in my back yard (doesn't seem exciting but I've grown to like it). Right now, I would be happy to just date some one for fun and get to get out of the house. I aim to stay successful and have some one to share my successes. I have a good natured and friendly personality with a good laugh. I can also hold my own in a conversation with any one about any thing. The music I listen to ranges from dance/trance to rap/r&b to classic rock to classical. Everything but country music (I can tolerate it, I just don't buy it).

On a first date I would go somewhere where there is a picturesque view of the city or the lake. I would be interested in a dinner and then a walk or drinks to be able to have a conversation and get to know the person I'm out with. Or anything else that would stir up conversation and interaction. Silence between two people is boring to me. However, a suggestion from my date would also be welcome.
