I have been so fortunate to have found many things in life that I can be passionate about. Experiences that I know I will look fondly upon when I am old an grey as I think back with a smile on my face and joy in my heart.

I absolutely love to be outdoors as much as I can, regardless of the seasons. As long as I'm prepared for the weather, it's amazing just to be outdoors.

I love to be active whether it's enjoying triathlon training, rollerblading, skiing or just walking around the city, I love movement. It's a great way to express oneself, whether it be sports or dancing or some sort of physical art.

I'm a big foodie and it's half the reason why I work out so much. If I could, I would eat all that my eyes take in, and my nose could smell. I am addicted to the food network. I have a massive music collection and it spans all genres. My favourites are currently electronic, trance and chill out music. I also love rock, r and b and classical as I had played a classical instrument for 6 years.

I think I could watch a movie every single day if time permitted. As for reading, I tend to be drawn to autobiographies and non-fiction, although I do like getting my daily dose of the business section even if it's just from the metro.

I've travelled to a few places around the world and it's really wet my appetite for adventure and I hope to do it for the rest of my life. However, it may have to be put on the back burner for a while as my career is changing and not allowing for much travel at present.
