Hi,

HAPPY NEW YEARS EVE AND 2010 TO ALL! Anyone who does not have plans, well I don't either! Still time to make plans, lol.

I recently moved to the area from Western Massachusetts. So far I love Citrus County Florida, but my true love will always be for the Northeast where I grew up. I would love to move to Iceland someday when I have established and accomplished my goals.

I am a licensed contractor and real estate agent; went to school for dog grooming , which I do on the side, and have two degrees from the University of Massachusetts. I am currently studying to take the teachers certification in FL to become either a math or science teacher. I am working in the public schools right now in my second career as a teacher assistant, and know I have found my calling. I love education and learning new things on a daily basis and love teaching others what I know.

I would consider myself more of a homebody then someone who has to be on the run all the time. I grew up on a farm and learned how to do most things for myself, so I would rather be doing something outdoors in nature then at an amusement park or in the city. I love being outside in the yard with my dogs, watching a movie at home, going for a run or roller blade ride on the bike trail or down to the Whispering Pines Forest for a walk in the woods. I also enjoy building projects and working on small machinery on the weekends. I have a little bit of OCD, so I do like everything clean and neat, including my car.

I have 3 dogs which are my life, and would love to rescue dogs in the future. I have a passion for helping animals of all kinds, and have been in 4-H and raised horses and waterfowel my entire life.

I love the outdoors, especially around the holidays when it's cooler outside and love living in the country. I use to ride Dressage but have not had much time now that I have moved out here. I would love to have a few in the future and also many other pet farm animals.

I am a very modern person and take pride in my appearance and the way I present myself, eating healthy (been a vegetarian for 23 years now), and try to practice alternative medicine most of the time. My favorite dish is Egg Plant Parm, and my favorite drink is coffee. I have never and will never drink, smoke or do any drugs. I am very outgoing and love to socialize with people, but also savor my quiet weekends.

I would consider myself more mature for my age and attracted to women who know what they want in life and work hard for it. I absolutely do not judge people and their situations with how bad our economy is and the lack of jobs, but would hope to meet someone who is interested in working towards a common long-term goal with me. I will admit I am not a fast relationship mover for the fact I try to get to know someone first, but when I am getting to know someone I am only getting to know them and no one else on the side. I have never and will never cheat and expect the same

I think coffee and a nice walk in the park would be pretty romantic. I love taking advantage of the nature we have here in Citrus County, so anything outside would be nice.
