My hobbies would be traveling, sight-seeing (home and away), wine-tasting, traditional sports, checking out a good movie (all types), attending a theatre production and most importantly spending time with friends.

I currently teach high school mathematics and coach high school athletics. My goal is to eventually be the activities director or athletic director at the high school level and to continue in the role as head coach for track and field. When I retire, I hope to speak at clinics and to help out in any way that affords me the opportunity to play a positive role in the development of present day youths.

As for me, well I am friendly, social, and curious (we are always learning new and interesting things). I would also describe myself as open-minded, motivating and compassionate.

Now, when it comes to music, I like most from the 70's and 80's and some from the 90's and on. Easy listening, pop and rock would be the types I like most.

I think a good first date, if meeting online, would be to have a drink or two as we become more familiar with each other. That could be wine, a martini or just coffee. This would be fine, for a first date. From there, if we both wanted to see each other again, a second date could be just as simple or more involved, such as a picnic, baseball game or dinner and movie.

If it is a first date with someone I have already met, we might proceed to the picnic or movie scenario.
