Yes, I am divorced,but no, I'm not jaded---I still believe men and women belong together. I have two daughters ---the oldest is a junior at FSU and the youngest is a freshman there--first time in twenty years that I've been alone in this house! I've been a nurse since I was 22 but sorry, I traded in my white uniform for a management job a long time ago.... Smart enough to do my own taxes and buy my own car, (well I'm much smarter than that, but arrogant is something I'm definitely not) but not tough enough to cut my own lawn (well, I guess I could--but I don't really want to!)I am interested in meeting someone who is honest, intelligent, kind, likes to laugh, works hard but doesn't take himself too seriously (kind of like me!). I'm normal, but not boring, looking, but not desperate, sweet but not naive. I don't engage in drama, overemotion or confrontation--I like to keep things simple and just stick to what makes me and the people that matter to me happy. I am very content with my life, no ripples in the road, no worries, no problems--- I would like to find someone who also is at a good place but looking for the one thing that would make their life better. Looking forward to meeting someone to share some good times with, enjoy some company and conversation, and see what happens next!

I certainly not opinionated on what a first date should be...any mutually agreed upon place somewhere between here and there...
It will be a pleasant experience, as I can make conversation with anyone and I don't make it an interview...personally I don't care what you do, what you drive, how much money you have...I care if you make me feel like I want to touch you...that's how I know if I would want a second date....
