I adore Sherman Alexie, Jane Austen, Rage Against the Machine, Harper's, the Onion, animals, my job, politics, naps, travel and revolution on all kinds of levels. I'm very young (looking and seeming) for my age. I love L.A. and exploring what it has to offer--food, movies, concerts (especially alternative rock), museums, and just walking around in its neighborhoods (I live and work downtown). I grew up in a small island town in Alaska (no, not Wasilla), so I even appreciate freeways and crowds. Friends say I'm smart, funny, understanding and easygoing ... sometimes even wise. I'm very liberal politically and socially, and come from a big, crazy, multiracial family; I like talking and listening, but not fighting, so I want to spend time with someone who has a compatible world view, a real desire to understand others, and a sense of true partnership. And if you want to see me when we're both awake, please be a night owl! (I work evenings, and alas, most Saturdays.)
