I have been single for 5 years. I would like to date with the hopes of ending up in a long term relationship. I love music (all kinds), enjoy dancing to the oldies, gardening, walking (casual or brisk walking), gentle hiking, comedy clubs, love to laugh, (have a great sense of humor), bowling, chess, star gazing, theater, all types of movies. Movies at home must have home-made popped corn and cuddling on the couch! Love the beach, holding hands, scenic rides, tropical vacations, cats and dogs, camping and cozy camp fires. I am not into motor cycling, fast cars or skiing. Would try cross country skiing though. I am an old fashioned gal that loves to be treated like a lady and with respect. I am compassionate and a very good listener. I am an affectionate person. Will fish with with you if you bait the hook for me! Oh yeah, you have to take the fish off the hook too! But, I will cook the fish for you!

The first date should be a more quiet setting so we could hear each other well and feel relaxed and comfortable. A nice coffee shop, a park or the beach are all nice settings.
