I wish that little part up there let you choose more than one option in terms of what you're looking for. I would eventually like to be in a long-term type of thing, but am in no hurry by any stretch of the imagination. I would like to foster a true friendship first, a BEST friendship, if you will. The kissing will commence posthaste.

I have three sons (ages 14, 13, and 11 [yes! they all have the same Dad. Shocking in this day and age, isn't it?]) and they are the best part of my life, even if they do frustrate the sweet bejeezus out of me on a regular basis. I am five years post-divorce and am finding that what I miss the most is the feeling of being completely connected with another person. There is almost nothing like the feeling of knowing that someone else has "gotten" you and thinks the sun shines out of your ass, even on your worst day.

I really like cheese, tattoos, reading, thunderstorms, MUSIC(!!!), cuddling (etc.), and unique souls. I like to take naps here and there, although they're just not the same when no one else is there to nap with you. I'm open to do and try pretty much anything and am hoping to find someone that shares my somewhat quirky sense of humor, fondness for all things Zombie, and my unrelenting passion for cheese. People who love me would describe me as being brutally honest, affectionate, loyal, funny, responsible, empathetic, open-minded, and maybe just the teensiest bit neurotic. :S

I work at jobs that I love and that fill my soul as well as my wallet. I'm a shoot from the hip sort of girl, and if you don't want my honest opinion, please don't ask for it. I have found that people tend to have preconceived notions about the type of person I may be. I caution against this, as chances are you will be completely wrong on all accounts. Decide for yourself after you talk to me. It may surprise you if you take the chance.

...or maybe we could go somewhere and just eat a bunch of caramels. Some suggestions on things we should NOT do (ever, not only on the first date): listen to Nickelback or U2, visit a frog farm, and chew with your mouth open. It's fine if you enjoy these activities alone. I'll even playfully tease and/or argue with you about them, but please don't make me endure them. I won't be responsible for my actions if you choose to put it to the test.
