I am (and I believe) an open-minded, caring, fun loving guy. I have been lucky to have traveled the world and even lived overseas (Denmark) for a few years. I love the outdoors, love to play basketball and roller blade, love music....I play the piano (used to be in a band), enjoy fine wine and food and the performing arts, woodworking projects and a little work under the car hood.

I have never seen the inside of a police station (at least not here in the US - just kidding), have eaten French toast with Scotch (that was a long time ago but a funny memory), have climbed the Great Wall of China, never forgotten to call my mother on Mother's Day and her birthday, have sung karaoke in Japan, played with a samba band in Sao Paul Brasil, and parasailed in Mexico.

In short, I think I have lived an interesting life, I believe I am a decent person who was raised by 2 wonderful human beings, both of whom are still married to each other.

I appreciate open minded people, confident people, those with a good sense of humour..those who know how to dish it out and and then be able to take it as well..those with a good dash of self-effacing sense of personality..dont' take themselves too seriously (having a Jimmy Buffett view of the world around themselves), honest, passionate, good listeners, comfortable in their own skin.

...Opportunity for one on one face time is ideal; a glass of wine at a local bistro; a cup of coffee; meeting at a public place of common interest (art gallery, street festival, museum), rollerblading on a sunny afternoon, window gazing down Michigan Avenue...any opportunity that will allow the two of us the chance to talk, listen, and enjoy
