I am 26 years old from Nassau County. My interests include sports, music, writing (lyrics, music, and political commentary), reading (news and non-fiction/historical/political works), law, politics, history, movies (action, drama, and some comedies), running, and going out with my friends.
I graduated from Columbia University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in political science, and from Brooklyn Law School in 2008 with a juris doctor. I am a licensed NY attorney.
My favorite sports are football, baseball, soccer, and basketball. My favorite teams are the New York Yankees, Buffalo Bills, New York Islanders, and Michigan Wolverines (college basketball and football). I was a huge New York Knicks fan for most of my life.
My favorite music genres are heavy metal, hard rock, and 90's rock. My favorite bands include Iron Maiden, Metallica, Judas Priest, Iced Earth, Black Sabbath, Weezer, Green Day, Bad Religion, Gin Blossoms, Ozzy Osbourne, Megadeth, Queensryche, Van Halen, Guns n' Roses, Aerosmith, AC/DC, Dokken, In Flames, Children of Bodom, Anthrax, Metal Church, Circle II Circle, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Rise Against and Blink-182. I play guitar and bass, and have played in rock and metal bands since 2003. I currently play bass in a metal band.

I'm most interested in learning about my date's interests and personality, so any setting that allows for the opportunity to interact would be ideal. Going to lunch/dinner, spending time at the park, or just sitting and talking on a nice summer evening are enjoyable.
