Music tastes are all over the place. Van Halen, STP, lots of 80's, lots of 90's, MJ (thriller album only), Metallica, Def Leopard, Timbaland, Soundgarden, Killers, Ministry, John Mayer, Phil Collins, even have a Lady GaGa song, just to name a few.
I enjoy working out, running, cooking new foods, outdoors, sampling new and interesting restaurants.
Im unique in that I am not afraid to make big life changes and take risks for what I really want. Many people get in a rut in their jobs/relationships/lives and are too afraid of what could happen if they leave it behind for something new and better. Or dont have the confidence in themselves to make the necessary changes to improve their lives. Read Theodore Roosevelt's quote "Man in the Arena" for more.
Im also laid back and can enjoy simple things. I'm fairly versatile socially ranging from art museums to camping, or sushi to Salt Lick BBQ. Or the usual dinner and movie preferable at Alamo Drafthouse, or cooking and a DVD. Im a good cook. I can make fancy bloody marys. Love the outdoors. Im very affectionate so please be secure with yourself and be able to handle that. Dont mistake that for trying to be all over too soon.
Looking for similar. If you're profile reads like a resume instead of an internet dating profile thats not very appealing. If you have nothing but a laundry list of what you hate in men, that's not appealing either. And I know this may be asking a bit much but please know the difference between "thin", "athletic", "average", and "few extra pounds" when describing yourself. Thanks!

I prefer the term "meeting" instead of "date". Too many connotations and expectations attached. I think quiet coffee shops, short hikes, parks, greenbelt, zilker, restaurants are all perfectly fine for getting together.
