I'm a self-made man of ambitions...lol. I'm a fun, well-educated single white male who is fairly new to town and looking around on here since I'm kind of sick of the bar and club scene. While I like going to those places, I'm over trying to pick up women there. So here I am! Please note that I'm looking for friends as well as dating; this site just doesn't allow you to choose both. I'm originally from New York City, raised in Miami, went to college in Colorado, and was in the Air Force for 11 years in Tucson, Abilene, Memphis, and Shreveport. I am getting ready to go back to nursing school and just joined a volunteer fire department.

I like all kinds of music except death metal and punk...is that even music? Can you even dance to that? I like classical when studying and R and B when I'm not. Texas Country is good too. Oh, and NASCAR is NOT a sport.

NOTE: Since this has been an issue in the past...I DO have an AWESOME 11 year old son who sadly lives very far from me. His mom and stepdad and I get along greatly and thus there is no drama.
