I am a great Mom with two wonderful daughters, one of which still lives with me.

I have been working with Autistic students in a middle school for going on 9 years. The challenges we experience each day at school have helped me to grow in so many ways. I love my job! I am currently working on my Special Education degree.

There are so many things I love to do. I am very easy going and love to try anything new and fun! I enjoy cooking, reading, photograhy, listening to music, walking through the woods or on the beach, swimming, spending time outdoors, and taking in the beauty of the world. My favorite places are the country, mountains, and the ocean (I am an Alabama girl who grew up on lots of land and Lake Eufaula). So,of course, I love to fish, too. There are so many things I haven't done that I would love to do. I enjoy all types of music....and often listen to classic rock, 80s and whatever my daughter listens to when we are driving down the road. I listen to the Christian station as well.

I am a very passionate person in many ways. I like holding hands and think it is the little things that might seem insignificant that keep a relationship strong. I also like conversing with someone that genuinely is interested in me. I am not a "talker" insomuch that I would talk your ears off as so many do. In fact, I am a better listener.

I like to dream, but I am not a "dreamer". Life has taught me how to be strong and yet fragile at the same time.

At my age, I'm not looking to just have fun, although, I like "fun". I would love to meet someone who doesn't judge, as I am not a judge of others. We all do things we wish we hadn't. I like looking to the future and knowing that I have a long life ahead of me that I can make "Wonderful"!

After getting to know someone.....for my first date I would like to go out to dinner and listen to live (quiet) music. Dancing would be optional but fun.
