Hi...There are so many things I enjoy, but there are a few that stand out. Traveling is a passion that I discovered when I went on my first humanitarian outreach to Nicaragua in 2000. Since then I've been to Australia, Hawaii, England, France, Germany, South Africa, Spain, Portugal, Morrocco and Mexico. My plan is to travel to at least one new place a year. At my church I am involved in the Missions program and I've traveled with them to South Africa twice and in 2010 I will make my 3rd trip. I am passionate about people, and I have a special place for those who do not have a voice in this world. I am an advocate for social justice and see the value in every human life. I think the love of travel stems from my passion to learn about different cultures. I am currently working full time as a hair stylist and have been since I was 18 years old. I love my job because it gives me the freedom to take time off when I want and I also get to make people look beautiful and feel good about themselves. I am currently working on getting my degree in Psychology from CSUS, and hope to have that in the next 2 years. I know I may seem like a serious person, but in all reality if you were to ask my friends they would say otherwise:) I love to have fun and enjoy life. I love to laugh, especially the kind when you laugh so hard you can't breathe! When it comes to music, I can't be without it...It's on when I get up in the morning, when I'm on my way to work, while I'm at work...Yup I like it! I think something simple like coffee or dinner would be great...movies never work because you can't really talk and get to know one another. So I would save that for the 3rd or 4th date:)
