I am a 23 year old Hospitality Managment major at Northern Michigan University. I enjoy preparing and serving food for people and believe that a good meal, with close friends, and a good bottle of wine is the way to go. I am going to college to hopefully own a resturant of my own in the future. I want to open up a resturant in the fine dining sector, but that will have to wait until the economy picks up. Until then, finish school and try to get a managerial position at a resturant. Until then, I am living each day as it comes, and staying on track to fulfill my goals.

I think for the most part I am pretty good at cooking. I speak my mind more often than not. I am never late, unless I have a really good reason. I am great at being honest and telling people exactly what is on my mind or what I think. I am outgoing and straight foward. I don't beat around the bush ever, and when I want to be serious about something I am, and will focus to achieve what I want.

My favorite books are by Michael Crichton, Jurassic Park and The Lost World, Prey, Andromeda Strain, John Grisham- A Time to Kill, Lord of the flies, The Great Gatsby, All Quiet on the Western Front, Tuesdays with Maury, Beowulf....and more. I like multiple songs from bands such as Blink-182, Simple Plan, Green Day, New Found Glory and Papa Roach, Fall out Boy. I like most music too, except all country and most Rap. I love E.R., Law and Order CI and SVU, South Park, Stand up Comedy on Comedy Central, Movies on TBS and USA, and more. I love Borne Identity, Borne Supremacy, Star Wars, The Chronicals of Narnia, Super Troopers, Harry Potter series, Jurassic Park, Old School, Road Trip, Orange County, Rat Race, Euro Trip, Star Trek, and Anchorman. I love a vast variety of foods, and am always up for trying new foods. I absolutly am in love with most seafood.
