I like to explore new parts of town or sit at a sunny spot at a park and read a book or catch up on some work. I like to channel surf too, when I have absolutely nothing to do. I'm a pretty low-key type person, but every now and then I don't mind going to bars or dancing at clubs (as long as I'm with fun people). I enjoy all kinds of music, but only tolerate metal slightly. Right now I'm training to be a teacher, but I've always wanted to get into nursing so I'm keeping that option within my distance. I can find pleasure in simple and commonplace things, and enjoy corny and cut-dry jokes. I like to try new things, I love to learn how to dance, but I don't put enough effort to be good at it. Either that or something else catches my eye and I get distracted for awhile. I can be sporadic and I am not much of a planner, I like to go with the flow. I can relate with some one if they are willing to be open and share. Oh and I have two cats, so if you are allergic sorry. I lived in the city for close to a year now, and have enjoyed the plethora of culture and art it has to offer. However, it's always more fun to enjoy it with a friend. I am always seeking knowledge and can find interests in anything if there's a patient teacher. Lastly, my user name came from a nickname I got from a roommate while in college. For an actual first date, I would like to go out for lunch and then take a brisk walk around the area and discover something new. The lunch doesn't have to be somewhere fancy and over the top romantic (it could be a picnic or a cafe). I walk around town a lot and I like to explore an learn about even the most unnoticed existence in life. If the day is a sunny day, we could sit at a beach or a park and socialize and find out if there really is chemistry there. I don't like a first date to be at a club or a movie. I like to dance, but I also want to know the person first. We could end up running around and playing a game of frisbee for all it matters and that could be the perfect first date if both of us are having fun.
