I am creative, sarcastic, goofy, loving, and loyal.

I am an artist with a day job as an art teacher because lets face it the whole starving artist gig does not cut it. I also teach kids to finger paint, draw stick figures, and play with play dough, yes you can get paid for that..... My choice of medium is paint, cut-paper, charcoal, jewerly, and enameling. I teach middle school art to middle school monsters, but I love them...most of the time, when they are not hitting on me. My job always keeps me on my toes and is never boring.

I love, love, love music....to the point that you could call me a music snob. I love going to shows and finding new music. When I find a new band I feel like a little kid on Christmas morning opening gifts. I love good food, good movies(most of the time), good people, and good atmosphere. I have a passion for learning, and I really enjoy the smaller things in life and trying new things.

I love traveling, and if I could I would steal Anthony Bourdaine's job in a heartbeat.

I am a work out addict. Running is one of my favorite past-times. I plan on training for a half marathon or marathon(if I can get the courage) in the Fall. I love hiking, biking, and anything that allows me to explore.

My family and friends are very important to me, and I am very loyal to them. I have a very large extended family and we are very close...who has every kind of potato at christmas because yes we are an irish family. My dog Roxy is also another important thing in my life. I rescued her about a year ago, and I cannot imagine life without that monster and her hair all over my carpet.

I am looking for somebody who loves trying new things, appreciates creativity and sarcasm, is healthy, and loves good music. Did I mention loves good music....and being able to put up with an energetic dog
