I've been rediscovering myself after losing my wife to a debillitating disease. I have enjoyed the ride so far, but I think it's time to find someone to share my time with again. I've learned too well how short this ride is, and intend to have fun while it lasts. If you aren't enjoying your life you're playin' the game wrong!!!

I am a self-sufficient sort who likes to tackle life's roadblocks headon. I have no time for games and liars. Honesty is the most important trait to me in dealing with others.

I have a daughter, 27 who has a 9yro daughter and a 3yro son. They currently live with me while she goes back to school. It's busy around here. A 26yro son with an 8yro boy and a 25yro daughter about to finish nursing school rounds out the bunch. Well, there is another 4yro who lives here, her name is Pebbles. She's a Spitz-based mutt who thinks she runs the place.

Music is the biggest part of my life, both playing and listening. I play guitar & like to write my own stuff. Even though it'll never be heard outside my campfire ring I enjoy it! Going to see a live show is what makes me smile the most. I like to say I listen from Abba to Zappa, and that's not much of an exageration. Nashville's version of country today leaves me cold mostly, and rap is very hit and miss, but there's not much else I can't enjoy.

Motorcycles are my second passion. A biker I am, but a "biker" I am not. A good ride beats anything other than a good show. Riding on a beautiful day to a show ices the cake.

Under the leather lies a guy who loves to pamper a lady. Being affectionate, walking in the sunset, talking til the sun comes up, calling just to say hi(ok, probably txting, now, I'm addicted), roses on special occasions or just because... yeah I know, cliche as hell, huh. Scarily true though. I'm definitely not normal.... and proud of it!

Reading, movies, Formula 1 racing, some TV(Lost and Sons of Anarchy are the best!), surfing the web, Browns football, campfires(ever had a pizza cooked in irons on a fire? awesome!), friends and family fill out the rest of my time. I spend alot of time on the go but have my chill time too.

I think a good first date would be me picking you up on the bike and taking a slow ride through the countryside enjoying the wind in our(well, your) hair and getting to know each other as we go. A nice dinner(my steak will be bloody, be warned) followed by a couple of sets from a good band, a beer or two(but remember, we're riding...) and a moonlight ride home where, if things went well, a slow series of kisses that leave us both wanting more as I leave sounds good to me. If that happens the second date should be soon after...
