My favoite time of year is here! I love the cold weather and all that comes with these next two seasons. The smell of the rain and cold crisp nights. The colors are so very beautiful. Now I just need someone to cuddle with! Is it you?


The Elusive Love

Where are you beautiful elusive love of mine,
You are presently not that easy to find.
Just when I truly believe that we have met,
Dynamics change suddenly and I know it’s not yet.
“Timing is everything” that’s what they say,
It seems you can be so close yet so far away.
Love is beautiful, tender and oh so very sweet,
The complexity of it’s dynamics make some give up in defeat.
The elusive love is not that intricate as some may believe,
Don’t over think and pick apart of what you may preconceive.
That will surely bring the on the beginning of the end,
Sometimes that destruction is something you can never mend.
I’ve recently been in love so I know.
That once you find it, hold on and never let it go.

I wrote this poem awhile back. I find it still holds true. Sometimes in life we meet people that are not ready for a relationship and still carry unresolved baggage. I have found this to be true with people that have problems with communication. I understand that everyone has a past. I too have a past, yet I've made peace and resolution with mine. The partner I'm looking for, will too have done the same with their past.

I am single. I love to communicate. I come drama free with open arms. I am looking for the same type of person. I'm a sweet, kind and a very passionate person. Writing has always been a constant companion of mine. I enjoy journaling through my writings. I'm from a nice large family and even larger extended family. I cherish my family and friends. I enjoy the outdoors biking, long walks,the smell of rain and cuddling up on the couch with a good movie. I enjoy a chick flick from time to time but I really love action movies. I have a couple of favorites: The Transporter, Crank, Scarface, All of the Godfather movies, The Bourne movies,James Bond movies, Taken....the list goes on and on. Go ahead, ask me who my favorite James Bond was?

I tend to think outside of the box and I lean more on the liberal side of most issues. If you lean more toward conservative point of views, there's a great chance that we may not be a good match.

Maybe catch a flight to New York for a slice of pizza and on the flight over we can get to know one another. If that sounds like too much...we could perhaps do something simple, meeting over a cup of coffee, wine or an ice cold beer.
