I am a 33 year old single mother who is currently employed as a veterinary technician. I spend most of my free time reading, listening to music, hanging out with my family or playing with my dogs and cats. I also enjoy going out for a dinner and a movie with my friends occasionally. I like to read fiction, and will sit for hours reading anything about the supernatural. I've recently discovered that I'm a fan of romance novels, too, as long as they tell a good story. Music is also something I'm passionate about. I have pretty ecclectic tastes when it comes to music. Right now my favorite is Irish punk/rock. But I like new rock, old rock, alternative and old school punk, too, and a few country artists. I am the type of person who can see the humor in almost any situation and I love to laugh. I'm pretty shy until you get to know me, and my interior is very different from what you'd expect by just looking at me. One of the things that makes me unique is that I have several tattoos, and have several more planned.

An ideal first date would be to go to an amusement park or a comedy club. Anything that will get me laughing and having a good time. It has been a long time since I have been involved with the "dating scene" and that has made me pretty shy. Since humor is so important to me, the best way to put me at ease is to make me laugh!
