About Me
What makes me different from those other guys is my lopsided grin which matches my lopsided body. You see, I was in a car accident a life time ago and my right side was paralyzed, along with other unfortunate bumps and scars, including not being able to drive for the rest of my life. But that didn't stop me from graduating high school, while making plenty of friends through all those years. The other thing that sets me apart from other guys is the amount of volunteering that I've done. For a time I volunteered in a retiring home, bookstore ( which was very enjoyable as I like to read )musicfest, and the animal shelter- I've been volunteering there for the longest ( four years ). I love listening to jazz and go to a local jazz club once a week because I can't seem to get enough of it. I also like rock and roll, classical, blues, alittle reggae and country too. My favorite band is Aerosmith, although Poison, Led Zepplin, Def Leppard, AC/DC and most other 80's bands are also on the list. I was born in the 80's, so that partly explains why I like these bands. I would to like one day, to travel Europe, go to Hawaii again, and in the near future to get married one day-soon, but not too soon, and have kids. I'd also would like to open a studio, maybe in my next house or in town where I can draw and maybe sell those drawings.
First Date
I'm and old fashioned, hopeless romantic kind of guy. This may sound like any number of cliches, but for a first date, it would start out to be an akward one because I would have my date meet me at a coffee shop. It sounds silly, I know, but because I can't drive, meeting somewhere for coffee is alot less embarrassing than having her pick me up. After a cup of joe, than I would take her to a fancy-smanshing restaurant because I'm hoping that she will have a appetite as there would be dessert. Then we'd go see a romcom-romance-comedy ( I like shortening things up and I like laughing also which my date will have to be prepared to do as well!) Afterwards, we go for coffee again or have it to go because depending on what the night is like, we would go for a walk along the beach with the moonlight and the stars dancing on the water. Now as it is our first date, I will have this one rule that has to do with that good night kiss. Most guys expect to get a kiss before the date is over. And for people that go out for the first date may like each other so much and connected right away may be inclined to have that first kiss on that first date. But like I said, I not like most guys, so I would give myself and my date at least five dates in order for that spark to come along for that first kiss to happen. I would love it if we connected right away, to get that first kiss. But if it takes more than five dates for a spark to happen, I'm fine with a friendly good night as I am a pretty easy going guy. Besides, Rome wasn't built in a day! I'm also a little shy too even you can imagine that, being 28 and still be nervous as hell going on a first date, but that's just how I am;)
