Hi my name is Jack,thanks for taking a look.

Hobbies were covered in the interests section. So how about my goals/aspirations? Simple; be a good person, recycle because it's the right thing to do & meet a woman that makes me a better man. I've been single by choice for what seems like forever, which complimented my career traveling. Now I'm keeping things closer to home & would like to have a companion to share some of lifes' adventures with. It would be nice to find someone special that makes me re-think my single lifestyle.

I spent 20 years in the air force, worked for a major airline overseas for almost a decade. Now semi-retired due to down-sizing. I invest in the stock market and sometimes real estate, I own my home and have a degree of financial independence.

I like to jog and workout a few times a week, try to eat healthy and stay fit. I have an offbeat sense humor (Seinfeld,Family Guy,George Carlin), not everyone gets me (my sister). I'm pretty easy-going, not the serious type unless the situation demands it like my old job did. My experience with kids is limited to being an uncle, which I enjoy & take very seriously.

I love roller coasters, theme parks, museums, fishing & hiking in the mountains, cycling, golfing (learning), day trips to the beach, microbrew beers, wine tasting, a good movie, etc. I've bungy-jumped in New Zealand, sang Karaoke in Japan, still want to do the white water rafting thing; I guess we all have a bucket list.

Music wise I'm pretty ecclectic, I like classic rock like KLOS; love Mark & Brian in the morning; jazz, R&B, instrumental, progressive, etc. I don't do Rap or C/W (well maybe some country), nothing personal just not my style.

lets meet at somewhere casual & public like a Starbucks, I'll treat you to the Caf/decaf beverage of your choice & we'll chat. If things seem to be going ok we'll take it from there. I'm always open to suggestions, love to try new cusine and will eat almost anything whether I've tried it before or not. A warm smile & good conversation is a big plus.
