I am a very open minded, liberal person. I am a little bit shy at times, but I really like to meet and get to know different people. I'm passionate about the environment, sustainability and taking care of the earth. I love animals of all kinds, though birds freak me out a little. I am very creative and like anything to do with art (sewing, painting, drawing, general crafty things).
I love to read, and am especially into comics (Sandman, Fables, Y The Last Man). I'm kind of a nerdy hippie, if that makes sense. I love going to see live music (Reggae, Bluegrass, sometimes punk, sometimes hip hop, depends on my mood)and dancing with friends here in Halifax, or just hanging out with wine/cider and good food.
I like down to earth people who are easy to talk to, no drama or games. I also like someone who can hold their own in a conversation about the weird and random, doesn't argue for the sake of arguing and are slightly on the nerdy side. Boys with dreadlocks and/or body art are especially welcome. Also someone who's into exploring more alternative lifestyles.
