What's up with the "I am looking for" thing anyways? Why do you only have to pick one? Wouldn't the natural progression of things take just about all of the options into account? First you "talk/email" and become "friends." Then "hang out" a bit to see if you want to do the "dating"/"activity partner" (depending on what that means in your mind I guess). Throw some "intimate encounters" in there, because really, you're probably not going to make it to "long term" without them, and see how long it lasts. The only oddball out there is the "other relationship" option...

I'm really bad at meeting new people. (Duh, right? If I was good at it why would be filling this out?) Must be that whole "don't talk to strangers" line they drill into your head from the time you're about 3 years old. I'm very rarely the first person to say "hi" to somebody. So chances are, I probably won't message you first on here either. That doesn't mean I wouldn't talk to you though.

When I'm not working at one of my three jobs, I can be found on a softball field, havin a beer with friends, ridin my motorcycle, or at home with my dogs. I listen to pretty much any kind of music depending on what mood I'm in. Seriously, I have everything on my MP3 player from Conway Twitty, to The Foundations, to The Used, Bon Jovi, and OTEP. I've had my hair died about 8 different combinations of colors in the last year. The most recent is black with two white stripes. I am working on collecting peircings while saving the money to get my back tattoo. I'm suposedly pretty smart, but opted to do my time in the Navy instead of the college thing. I prefer to wear shorts and t-shirts/hoodies year round. I do own some "respectable adult clothes" that I wear when required. What else do you wanna know? I go to sleep with socks on. I eat my food one item at a time. I have a kinda sarcastic sense of humor and can be a smartass. It comes across as bein mean sometimes when I don't mean to. I laugh all the time. Half the time I don't even know I'm doin it. It just works that I sign everything LAF. I giggle a lot and tell random stories, esp. when I'm nervous. The only way to find the edge is to go over it. I don't sleep a lot and love getting calls or txts in the middle of the night. I always answer them. I'm a sucker for strays. Dogs, cats, people, whatever. I can't pass a dog running loose in the street without stopping and trying to find where it lives. Sometimes I can't and end up with another one for a while. I love my dogs, and hope someone would stop and help them if they get lost. I really hate being told what to do (yeah, I know, kinda conflicts with the military background), but will do just about anything if asked.

Something that both me and the person would enjoy and still let us get to know each other better. Prob include some sort of entertainment and food. Hangin out at a little hole in the wall place that has a band. I love goin to movies, but not for a first date. Gotta be able to talk.
